Shipping policy

All orders placed through ezzsupp.com.au are shipped via third-party carriers. (Australia Post in most cases)

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before Cutoff time: 12:00 PM (AEST) on a business day will be shipped the same day
  • Orders placed after the Cutoff time or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from the dispatch date
  • Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take longer, depending on your location and carrier schedules

While we aim to deliver within the expected timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather disruptions, or public holidays.

Peace-of-Mind Shipping

Every EZZ order is fully insured while in transit, so you can shop with confidence. If your parcel is lost, damaged, or doesn’t arrive, we’ll take care of it by sending a replacement at no extra cost. You’re covered from the moment your order leaves our warehouse until it’s safely in your hands.

Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your parcel:

  • Is lost in transit, or
  • Arrives damaged, broken, or defective

Please contact us at hello@ezzsupp.com.au with your order number and details. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost as soon as possible.
