We offer a subscription option that provides automatic, recurring deliveries of our products in the frequency, quantity, and variety of your choosing, based on the options available. You can find specific details regarding your subscription by logging into your account and accessing the “Manage Subscriptions” page or by emailing us at hello@ezzsupp.com.au with your order number(s) and email address.

Recurring Charges and Auto-Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring fee, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless and until you cancel it. Your subscription will continue indefinitely until terminated by you or us in accordance with these terms.

Payment and Billing Authorisation

You agree that your account will be subject to automatic renewal and that you will be responsible for payment of each renewal unless you cancel your subscription prior to the start of the next subscription period. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method now and at the beginning of any subsequent subscription period.

If your payment details change, your card provider may provide us with the updated information. We reserve the right to use these updated details for future charges to avoid any interruption in your subscription.

Failed Payments

If we do not receive payment from your provider upon renewal:

(a) You agree to pay all outstanding amounts upon demand.

(b) You agree that we may suspend or terminate your subscription and continue to attempt to charge your payment provider until payment is received.

Upon successful payment, your subscription will be reactivated and the new subscription period will begin from the date of payment.

Pricing Changes

The amount charged for repeat deliveries may differ from the initial charge or previous deliveries if coupon codes are used or if pricing changes occur. We will notify you of any pricing changes before billing you.

How to Cancel or Manage Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and go to the “Manage Subscriptions” page or email us at hello@ezzsupp.com.au.

If you cancel before your next billing date, your subscription will end and you will not be charged for the next period.

You may also update your next delivery date or skip an upcoming delivery — you will not be charged for skipped deliveries.

Right to Suspend or Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. You will not be charged for any subscription that is cancelled or suspended by us.
