Return and refund policy

We want you to feel confident in every EZZ purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, whether it’s not the right fit or simply didn’t meet your expectations, you’re entitled to a refund or return within 30 days of your purchase from ezzsupp.com.au.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Be purchased directly from ezzsupp.com.au

Note: Subscription purchases made through ezzsupp.com.au are eligible for return as long as they meet the standard return conditions.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Sale items – Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

Note: Purchases made through physical retail stores or third-party websites are not eligible for return through us. Please refer to the store’s individual return policy.

Exception

If you’ve experienced a reaction or allergic response to an EZZ product, we’re here to help. Please provide photographic evidence for return eligibility.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified product issue or allergic reaction.

How to Request a Return

To begin your return process, please email us at hello@ezzsupp.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

We’ll respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
